Chair Aerobics is an aerobic workout with emphasis on improving cardio and strengthening muscles for participants who may have
certain physical restrictions or limits in a traditional setting. We use chairs, weights, and resistance bands partnered with an upbeat
playlist to make class productive and enjoyable. Suitable for ALL fitness levels. Equipment is available on site.
