Daily Goal: Earn 100 points each day you practice 5 minutes of visualization

  • Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. You can sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
  • Begin by taking deep and slow breaths to help calm yourself down.
  • Use your imagination to create a detailed mental image of a place where you feel safe, relaxed, and happy.
  • Stay in your happy place for 5 minutes and just think about all the reasons you love it.
  • If you get distracted, just re-focus on your breathing and get back to thinking about your happy place.
