Animal Safari: Miller Park Zoo

If you love animals, then this is the program for you! Join us for an animal safari where we will be taking a virtual trip to check out and learn about new animals each week. This week we will be visiting the Miller Park Zoo.

The Miller Park Zoo, located in Bloomington, Illinois, is a popular destination for families and animal lovers. It offers a variety of exhibits and interactive opportunities with zookeepers. Among its inhabitants are a Sumatran tiger, river otter, Galapagos tortoise, Amur leopard, sun bears, reindeer, sea lion, red pandas, lemurs, bald eagles, pallas cats, and red wolves. The zoo features large exhibits such as the Wallaby WalkAbout, ZooLab, Children’s Zoo, Animals of Asia, and the Katthoefer Animal Building. A recent addition is the Tropical America Rainforest, showcasing a diverse array of animals and plants from the rainforests of Central and South America.
