Event Host Agreement

I agree to the following as a We Thrive Together (WTT) Event Host:

– To work my pre-approved hours each week (this may vary from week to week).

– To be prepared to host and participate in the scheduled virtual WTT events.

– To participate in WTT training, program brainstorming sessions, and relevant happenings, including WTT team meetings.

– To assist with promoting WTT events and content.

– To monitor my WTT email account for communication regarding the program.

– To participate in WTT events using live video when possible.

– To promote a fun, supportive, positive work relationship with all WTT team members.

– To treat all WTT event participants with empathy and respect.

– To submit a time sheet documenting my work hours to WTT on each Monday of pay week.

– To conduct all WTT activities with the highest possible ethical and moral standards and to perform its duties in compliance with the rules and regulations as may be set forth by WTT.

– To give WTT full permission to use, publish and copyright photographic prints, video, film, digital representations or other reproductions from all images made of me and/or my property in conjunction with the WTT program, with or without using my name, and to make changes or alterations to them for publication or for any other reason.

I understand that the Event Host position is a part-time independent contractor position. Taxes will not be deducted from my pay and the position doesn’t include any other benefits.
I am free to perform services for other parties while performing services for WTT.
My rate of pay will be $15/hour or 300 WTT coins for each approved event for serving as lead facilitator.
