Warm up:

  • 3 Breathes in and out slowly

Main Exercises:

  • 10- Shoulder Rolls
  • 10- Side Shoulder Stretches
  • 10- Cross shoulder stretches
  • 10- Tricep Stretches
  • 10- overhead shoulder stretches
  • 10- up and down neck stretches

Repeat series 3 times.
