– Shoulder Rotations – 10 both directions
– Arm Circles – 10 both directions
– Ankle Rotations – 10 sec each position
– Walk – 30 sec

Exercise Series – Repeat series 5 times with 30 second break in-between
– March Steps – 20 sec
– Chest Expansions – 20 sec
– March Steps – 20 sec
– Bicep Extensions – 20 sec
– March Steps – 20 sec
– Shoulder Taps – 20 sec

Cool Down
– Neck Stretch and Hold – 10 sec each position
– Arms to the Sky – 10 sec each position
– Bear Hug – 2 times
