Warmup
– Walk – 45 sec
– Arm Circles – 10 both directions
– Neck Bends and Hold – 10 sec each position
– Ankle Rotations – 10 both directions

Exercise Series – Repeat series 5 times with 30-60 second break in-between
– Jumping Jacks – 15 sec
– Knee to Elbows – 15 sec
– Jumping Jacks – 15 sec
– Side Bends – 15 sec
– Jumping Jacks – 15 sec
– Twists – 15 sec

Cool Down
– Neck Stretch and Hold – 10 sec each position
– Arms to the Sky – 10 sec each position
– Bear Hug – 2 times
