Core Tabata is a high intensity interval training program specifically targeting the abdominal and core muscles where an exercise is
performed at maximum efforts for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest period. This cycle is repeated 8 times for each exercise.
Suitable for ALL fitness levels as modifications are available. Equipment needed: exercise mat, dumbbells (whatever size that is appropriate for the
fitness level of each participant)
